1.1.0 - April 2026

Minor release of the AIND Ephys Pipeline, which includes bug fixes.

The main changes in this release are:

* Explicit specification of ``N_JOBS_EXT`` env variable for SLURM systems
* Add ``EXTRA_INSTALLS`` variable in the ``capsule_versions.env`` file to specify extra packages needed for the reader.
* Add mechanism to merge CLI args with JSON params
